We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Once Upon A Wedding, a full service catering company who believes in making our clients wedding day a lasting memory with the utmost satisfaction. We came up through the ranks and after twenty-five (25) years, we have figured out what it takes to make our clients happy.

Our off-premise catering operation was established in Orange County, California in 1979 as American Classic Catering. We saw the future and the future was Riverside County. In 1986 we made the move and have never looked back. Since then, we have successfully completed events from backstage parties with Oingo Boingo and Chicago to donating our services for Governor Wilson at the Winchester fires in 1992. From that base operation, American Classic Catering, a hybrid division was formed to focus our attention on the most important event of all, weddings! It is only fitting that we would name this division Once Upon A Wedding.
The majority of our business comes from referrals. Referrals come from very satisfied customers and guests who have attended their special event. We have been fortunate enough to work with other vendors who have the same philosophy in business as us. |
