Includes one (1) meeting with a coordinator and two (2) hours of service at the ceremony location for the rehearsal. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 will be required to reserve the date.

Ceremony Rehearsal and Day of Event Ceremony – $300.00

Includes one (1) meeting with a coordinator, two (2) hours of service at the ceremony location for the rehearsal and a coordinator present the day of your wedding for the ceremony up to 1.5 hours. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 will be required to reserve the date.

Ceremony Rehearsal and Day of Event Coordinating - $995.00 special!

Includes two (2) meetings with a coordinator, two (2) hours of service at the ceremony rehearsal. These coordinator services cover the itinerary, confirm vendor commitments as well as the details, decisions and services that you have contracted for. The coordinator will also work with the information you provide to formulate a master plan for the entire day, so you can be sure that the details are in place and the event is being managed by an expert. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $450.00 will be required to reserve the date.

Full Service Coordinating - $1500.00

Includes up to seven (7) meetings with a coordinator as you select your wedding vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, disc jockey, etc.) two (2) hours of service at the ceremony rehearsal. These coordinator services cover the scheduling of appointments with vendors, the itinerary, confirm vendor commitments as well as the details, decisions and services that you have contracted for. The coordinator will also work with the information you provide to formulate a master plan for the entire day, so you can be sure that the details are in place and the event is being managed by an expert. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 will be required to reserve the date.

Fairytale Romance Package - $32.95 per person (100 guest minimum)

We would like to offer you an extraordinary package we have created for your wedding day

that includes cuisine, your wedding cake and event coordinating services. Catered cuisine is prepared by Once Upon A Wedding with hors d’ oeuvres, two (2) entrée selections, one (1) starch selection (potato or rice) and two (2) salad selections. This menu selection includes fresh rolls and butter, acrylic plates, real silverware, cloth napkins with your choice of color, cake plates with acrylic forks and serving staff. Hors’ D’ Oeuvres and buffet station is decorated in color and theme of your wedding. Coordinating services by Events by Once Upon A Wedding include ceremony rehearsal and day of event coordinating. Cake services are provided by Olivera’s cake gallery in Hemet, California.

The Best of Both Worlds Package - $27.50 per person (100 guest minimum)

This package includes catered cuisine and coordinating services by Once Upon A Wedding. The package includes the Fairytale Romance menu selection and coordinating services for your ceremony rehearsal and day of event. This package does not include your wedding cake.
